I’m approaching retirement and have been looking at several accommodation options in retirement complexes.
My current house is too large to maintain and I’m looking to purchase a property that is both secure and where I am surrounded by people of my own age.
I don’t want to be in a position where I’m left on the street in my old age and want to make sure that I’m protected in this regard.
