I have been having problems with a tenant, who is several months in arrears with his rent.
In addition, he has disturbed the neighbours and refused me entrance to inspect the premises. However, having gained entrance, I discovered that so much damage had been done that the deposit paid would not be enough to repair the flatlet.
I am considering legal action to recover the arrears rental, but can you advise if I am also able to sell the tenant’s goods to recoup any amounts owed to me?
