Transferring parents’ properties after dying intestate

17 January 2019 by YourProperty

My parents, who owned two properties, died intestate and, in the absence of wills, I would like to know the procedure to transfer the properties to the children.

The properties belonged to my father, who passed away first. My mother then “looked after” the properties until she also died.

Thank you,
