Should I purchase property in the name of a legal entity?

7 January 2015 by YourProperty

Hello Property Poser

I have plans to buy a property. Should I buy it in the name of a legal entity or in my personal capacity?

Furthermore, what are the tax implications to keep in mind? And could a legal entity be used to protect my property?

Kind Regards,
