Share-block schemes: what do they offer a retiree?

22 May 2017 by YourProperty

I’m nearing retirement and am looking to downsize my property, but did not know there were so many housing options available.

One of the offerings I have come across is a share-block scheme, but I’m not sure of what the implications would be in comparison to other housing options available to me?

Thank you,

Nearing Retirement
