Must I use an attorney to transfer property?

2 September 2019 by YourProperty

I would like to know if it is necessary for me to use an attorney to transfer my sister’s share of a property we have inherited into my name.

It concerns the estate of my late parents of which I am the executor. The fixed property owned by them was left to me and my sister.

My sister asked me to purchase her interest in the property, which I have done by preparing the paperwork and we have signed the documents.

Thank you,
