A trustee and chairperson of the board in our sectional title scheme has sold his unit and I would like to know what legislation is in place to govern the situation.
He was elected as a trustee and chairperson six months prior to the transfer of his unit to the purchaser.
The chairperson now lives outside the scheme and has no interest whatsoever in the complex.
