Impact of marital status on a shared inheritance

2 May 2018 by YourProperty

I have a son, who is single, and a daughter, who is married in community of property.

Their inheritance, which includes a fixed property, will be on an equal share basis and I would like to know whether her marital status will affect this arrangement in any way.

Thank you,
