My question is in regard to the Ombudsman Act as applied to good governance by the directors of an HOA.
Will the new law help us?
Could you please give examples of the kinds of questions which could be resolved by the Ombudsman – we know the situation is still not clear, but some theoretical examples would help.
Some practical ideas as to how the Ombudsman could help in resolving issues of dishonest directors in an HOA NPC would be helpful.
