How can I contact the sectional title trustees?

26 March 2014 by YourProperty

Our managing agent in our sectional title scheme refused to provide me with the trustees names and e-mail addresses as well as postal addresses.

He will only provide the trustees names and unit numbers in the complex.

He also refused to provide me with the list of names and unit numbers and postal addresses of the other owners.

We have serious waterproofing, structural and maintenance problems such as bad cracks and leaking roofs. The metal carports are also rusting.

I wish to write to the owners, preferably by email, and set out the whole situation.

Most of the apartments were purchased by buy-to let owners. The complex money is spent unwisely by the trustees.

What do I do?

Regards,
Resentful Resident
