Disruptive trustees impact running of sectional title complex

4 December 2019 by YourProperty

I would like to know what can be done about the conduct of two trustees in our sectional title complex who are embroiled in a personal conflict that is negatively impacting administration.

One of the trustees has instituted legal steps against the other for defamation of character and this has caused the meetings to take on a very unpleasant tone.

The normal debates have now almost become a forum for the two to continue their dispute, with disparaging remarks and statements being taken as personal affronts to be used in the litigation between them.

Thank you,

Meeting Mayhem
