Management Company

When the day-to-day administration and management of a scheme becomes too large or too complicated for the trustees of a body corporate to handle, they will appoint a management company or managing agent, who will assume the responsibilities on their behalf in return for a fee.

Duties include the collection of levies, administration of the scheme and liaising with contractors.
