The Landlord, aka Mike Spencer, has been in property since 1975 and is well known around South Africa.
He is the author of The Landlord and The Commercial Landlord monthly newsletters that make owners, landlords and trustees think about innovative but often simple solutions to property related problems.
Spencer is a lecturer on Property Development and Property Management internationally and consults for body corporates in management difficulty and for developers of new properties on the practical management aspects of building design.
He heads Platinum Global in Bloemfontein and is a former national director for the Homenet property group. Spencer is also a Professional Associated Valuer.
