Construction being done by my neighbour has the potential to cause a disruption to my living situation and I would like to know if I can prematurely terminate the lease or receive a reduction in rental.
My wife is at home during the day and has a condition that requires her to rest frequently. I am concerned that continued noise will have a negative impact on her.
We chose to live in this location because of the quietness of the surroundings.
I thought if I received a reduction in rental, I could use the money to make alternative arrangements for my wife during the day.
Can you advise me of my options?
